Create a Healthcare Measurement Chart

Demonstrate your understanding of the concept of measurement in the healthcare field by populating the concept/construct table as shown.
From the healthcare services setting, provide one example for each concept and each construct that you might be interested in measuring. Align these examples with their corresponding variables, operational definitions, data categories (continuous or categorical), and level of measurement (e.g., nominal, ordinal, interval or ratio). A clear understanding and distinction between a concept and construct are key to the success of this assignment.
